As part of the construction of a new boat house, we provided and installed all materials for the new plumbing and heating systems, including furnishing and installing new plumbing utility services, and new natural gas services. The interior storm water piping system we installed discharges directly into seawater. Other installations included an interior domestic water piping system; sewage ejector station sump and duplex pumping system for all building sanitary piping; new plumbing fixtures; water heaters; floor drains; VFDs; air handler units; chilled water system; chillers; and boilers.
